Vegan Slow Cooker Lasagna
1 large – Yellow Squash
1 large – Zucchini
Vegan Ricotta – 14 oz extra firm tofu blended with lemon juice, sugar, basil, salt and garlic powder to taste
3-4 cups – Organic Tomato Basil Sauce
1-2 cups – Vegan Pizza-Style Shredded Cheese
