Low calorie recipes for healthy diet. Doing a diet program is not a simple matter and can’t be done instantly although there are ways to lose weight fast which I’ve discussed previously. But all of it takes processes and struggles at the time that we took the decision to lose weight. You do not get discouraged, because along you are trying to optimally and continuously, of course you will get the maximum results. One example is by doing healthy diet with low calorie recipes. Remember, the real success is the result of accumulation of hard work and perseverance, so convince yourself to believe that to do a healthy a diet program is not an impossible thing to do.
Delicious Roasted beans & Tomato
250 g cherry tomatoes / red tomato
150 g young green beans
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Topping, mix together:
2 tbsp flour bread
1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese powder
1 tsp finely chopped basil leaves
2 tsp butter
1/2 tsp pepper
How to make delicious roasted beans and tomatoes:
Tomato grilled on hot coals until wilted. Lift.
Press the tomatoes to get the water out and drain.
Mix well olive oil with garlic until blended.
Mix well tomatoes and green beans with olive oil.
Put in a heat resistant dish. Sprinkle with a little pepper.
Top with a sprinkling of ingredients.
Roast in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
Remove and serve hot.
Serve in consumption for 3 people
